Provided the PRIV USB drivers and Android File Transfer has been installed, unlock your device if it has a screen lock and connect it to your Mac. To do this, swipe down from the top of your display using two fingers and tap on the notification Connecting in charging mode, followed by tapping File Transfers.

When you select File Transfer, the Android File Transfer app should open automatically on your Mac and show your device memory and media card contents. If this doesn’t open automatically, open the Android File Transfer app manually to access your device contents.

At this point, to copy files to and from your device memory or media card, drag and drop as needed. When you are finished, disconnect your device.
